Since Raelyn did not have access to theatre growing up, she is passionate about working with todays youth in various settings. Raelyn has worked as a camp director, choreographer and assistant, as well as an accommodation specialist for the summer camp at The Phoenix Theatre Company.

After working as an accommodation specialist and earning her Registered Behavioral Technician certification, Raelyn focuses on creating an inclusive environment for all performers and providing accommodations when needed.

She made her directing debut with Legally Blonde Jr. during the three week summer camp at Fountain Hills Theatre. Later that year, she officially choreographed her first show, Elf Jr. for the 2023 season at Fountain Hills Youth Theatre.
